Business Administration Intern (Start ASAP)

About the role:

As the Business Administration Intern will assist with accounting and administrative tasks, including monitoring client billings, updating financial data in accounting and CRM platforms, and conducting daily follow-ups via calls and emails. They will also compile company documents, coordinate with suppliers for accreditation, and communicate with vendors to obtain updated product pricing. This role offers hands-on experience in financial management, supplier coordination, and administrative support.

• Monitoring and managing billings to client
• Daily calls and emails follow up and updating of data in the accounting and CRM platform.
• Compile company documents and emails.
• Coordination of calls with suppliers for accreditation.
• Daily calls and emails to communicate with vendor / suppliers to produce an updated product pricing.
