Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Partner with client teams to draft offer and transfer letters.
• Ensure prompt and accurate generation of letters, verifying details.
• Reconcile system details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage employee data and ensure system accuracy.
• Execute employee and client requests accurately and timely.
• Manage employee files, ensuring proper documentation.
• Provide first-level functional support to customers.
