Procure to Pay Operations Associate (Rolling Intake)

Join Accenture as a Procure to Pay Operations Associate, managing accounts payable processes in a dynamic environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Manages and executes Accounts Payable processes.
• Monitors, measures, assesses, and corrects process performance.
• Processes pre-coded invoices with and without purchase orders.
• Ensures all invoices are accounted for daily.
• Indexes invoices before processing by Payments Processor.
• Processes payment transactions and analyzes vendor statements.
• Manages Payment Posting Process and acts as a client liaison.
• Processes cheque payments and electronic expense reports.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Degree in Accountancy, Business, or Finance, or relevant work experience.
• At least 6 months of experience in procure to pay/accounts payable.
• Flexibility to work at any Accenture site and on night shifts.
