Your role

• Monitor batch jobs and performs initial investigation in case of failure.
• Prepares and send communications to stakeholders/ users.
• Executes known workaround and resolution for issues encountered​.
• Creates tickets and escalates tickets to other support teams as needed.
• Man and respond to ion (chat support).
• Acknowledges and responds to emails from stakeholders/ users.
• Executes routine requests.
• Triggers and facilitates calls to resolve issues as needed.
