Your role

College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the EMEA Graduate Program.

College Interns are university students who are working at the company during their studies or in summer breaks between university semesters. College Intern is only used in selected countries where it is not the practice to differentiate based on the academic year completed.

Training & development

DXC Academy has been offering training, certification, and consulting services for companies in all industries since 1992. A training course usually consists of two- or three-day seminars. Training modules can be combined into one course. Coaching ensures the transfer of the acquired knowledge during a training course into working life. They offer to coach individuals and teams.
