Your role

• Apprentices includes students working at the company who are enrolled in apprenticeship programs in association with their university.
• They are typically used in countries where specialized apprenticeship programs exist. College Interns are university students who are working at the company during their studies or in summer breaks between university semesters.
• College Intern is only used in selected countries where it is not the practice to differentiate based on the academic year completed.

Training & development

DXC has provided training, certification, and consulting services across industries. Courses typically span two to three days, with modular options. Coaching guarantees the application of learned knowledge from training to the professional realm, available for individuals and teams.  Members engage in real-world projects, gaining invaluable skills and insights, while also participating in networking events and professional development sessions.

• College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the EMEA Graduate Program.
