Role Overview
The B2C Segments Growth Intern will report to the Segments Growth Manager under B2C products. The interns will help scope, and set-up the Education Loan business and/or Healthcare loan business of Fuse.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research on existing similar product offers (Competitive scan)
- Attend/Participate in market research interviews/fieldwork related to assigned segment
- Attend partner meetings as needed to gather insights and identify opportunities
- Work with Segments Manager on crafting strategy for the assigned segment
- Work with marketing team to craft a product pitch deck for partners
- *Attend on-ground events, conventions and/or expos
- Help out with documentation and other internal paperwork needed for execution of key partnerships.
- Work with other teams in crafting marketing briefs and reviewing initial materials to ensure alignment on segment strategy
Deliverables
- Create synthesis and provide recommendations in refining the segment strategy based on table-top/ field research and user interviews
- Identify key must-win partners and craft effective pitch decks
- Provide clear brief/Sign off on first round of marketing materials and comms for assigned segments
Qualifications:
- Self-starter, analytical and out-of-the-box thinker
- Team player and collaborative
- Preferably with business background (ideally taking/took up Business Management, Economics, or Marketing-focused courses)
- Is able to communicate effectively and efficiently and coordinate with cross-functional teams
