Candidates go through a series of interviews - with HR and the Business. For some technical or data-related functions, an assessment may be administered. During this process, they also get a chance to interact with some of our Leaders which provide them with a glimpse of the diverse and inclusive environment of Mynt.
a. For employment after graduation (including Management Trainee) - Updated CV
b. For internship - Letter of Intent, Updated CV, and school endorsement (if the internship is part of a course requirement). For volunteer internship, Letter of Intent and Updated CV will suffice.
All interviews are done virtually, via Zoom or Google Meet.
