Role Overview
The Learning and Development Intern plays a vital role in supporting the Learning and Development team's initiatives. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs within a dynamic fintech environment. The role requires a combination of hard and soft skills, along with leadership attributes to contribute effectively to the department's objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Course Development: Assist in the creation of e-learning content, including the use of authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Data Analysis: Participate in data collection and analysis to support needs assessment and training program evaluation.
- Content Maintenance: Update and maintain existing training materials and e-learning modules.
- Assessment Design: Collaborate in designing assessment tools, quizzes, surveys, and other evaluation methods for training programs.
- Project Management: Contribute to project planning, tracking, and reporting for L&D initiatives.
- Compliance Training: Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training, including understanding regulatory requirements in the fintech industry.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong academic performance and a passion for learning and development.
- Demonstrated interest in fintech and a desire to contribute to the growth of the organization.
