Diversity in the company is very evident. There are no setbacks based on gender, ethnicity, and sexuality etc. Events are held to recognize and celebrate such communities such as Pride Month, Women's Month, indigenous culture, health care etc.

We have gender neutral bathrooms, rooms for breastfeeding mothers, prayer rooms. Maternity and paternity leave is available. A lot of women are in management positions. Ti takes being inclusive seriously, being one of its core values.

Discrimination is not allowed by the company. TI hires based on skills.
