My activities are often tied with time constraints. As a result, it is vital to be able to work under pressure. Building a good routine and sense of priority will improve one's efficiency. Since I'm still in the process of honing such skills, there will be times when I wished I could work on a project a little longer to perfect it.

Improve product delivery and efficiency by leading cost and cycle time projects, perform engineering assessment on lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous flow of production, establish process and equipment controls

Role and responsibility: - Manufacturing process engineer with an experience on tape and reel process from PBR to pack. -Responsible for specs review and routing of change for possible revisions to improve the process. -Handles packing materials projects and is a DM cost champion on our area driving CPP reduction resulting to lowest CPP to date at WCSP. -ATSS PACK CSP Focal Person and is responsible for the following: ~100% synchronization- ongoing ~WCSP EOL KPARM Focal person ~SCN review, routing, and signoff Line Sustaining -Line sustaining through vision optimization, defect characterization and verification, and hold lots monitoring. -Attends tool needing full PE support. -Works with MFG, EE, and QCIs as a team to drive the line into full potential.

I'm a product engineer working under ASC-LAMPS. I focus on New Product Development and Sustaining.

Each day has different activities that would further develop our analysis skills.

Interface planning analysts are the one in charge of making sure that customer orders are being delivered just in time through ensuring we have the raw materials, BOM, capacity, support, and all components that would support the order. Daily, we check on the status, help needs, and alignment with business counterparts, manufacturing team, and engineering team.

I am an HR Operations Specialist who deals with processes from onboarding to offboarding. I work closely with other areas like Payroll to ensure that our employees are paid and are credited for the benefits they avail of. I also do plenty of sustaining activities each day, such as answering employee queries, approving leave of absence requests, etc.
