Please describe the interview process and assessments.
The application process was easy and fast. Instructions were clear and a pre-interview assessment was given to gauge your personal and professional values. The interview process itself highlighted more on how you demonstrate the values you indicated in the assessment.

In my internship application/interview, I was asked bunch of questions both about technical, personal, interpersonal, and professional skills. Some questions I remember: - How do I handle stress? - Am I flexible? - How do I manage group works? Am I a team leader? - Technical questions about Industrial engineering concepts, projects - My experiences on socializing with people - How do I see myself in 5-10 years I had so many phases of interviews before, and each time, applicants are being minimized. I could say that recruitment process is really seeking those individuals who they think could help TI grow better.

I was asked general behavioral questions like my background, leadership experiences in college, and motivation for applying to the company. I was also asked case study-type questions that are more HR-related.
