Salary at Texas Instruments Philippines

We are well-compensated for the work we do. We have overtime pay. We also have incentives depending on the project. We have a generous end-of-the-year bonuses and profit-sharing benefits.

TI offers a good pay, however, due to the inflation and in-demand of our job responsibilities in our generation, I think we deserve a raise and bonuses.

Bonuses are more than what others offer. Base pay okay for fresh graduates, but salary increase is minimal.

As an engineer at a prestigious company, i expected the pay to be much higher. Given the daily tasks and challenges we are faced, i believe the pay is way down as compared to the efforts we put into work.

1) In terms of pay, I hope that it would level to the inflation rate that is continuously ramping up. Starting salary of new hires are getting nearer and nearer to the salary of experienced employees, and these experienced employees are not really having the levelled salary increase. 2) I am really excited about Profit Sharing and the bonuses we receive

I think the pay is fair compared to other semiconductor industries. However, it falls short when compared to companies in other industries like FMCG.

Best perks are the health benefits and the profit-sharing.
