During my early career, I was given a ramp plan, a training plan, and a target schedule of the skills I need to learn for my job role. And since learning does not stop, we have this Training QIT where we are asked on what trainings we need to take to improve more. Also, we have this new group called NCG (New College Graduate) Committee where we have bunch of plans regarding training, and socializing activities that would serve as our venue for improvement, socializing, and support systems.
